In furtherance of its mission, PAN is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Anti-Kickback Statute, the federal Civil Money Penalties Law and laws and regulations governing tax-exempt organizations. Moreover, to ensure compliance with the aforementioned laws, PAN operates under an Advisory Opinion (as modified) issued by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
Commitment to Compliance and Integrity
A confidential Compliance Hotline is available for employees and others to report fraud, waste or abuse concerns/issues anonymously. If someone knows or suspects that a law, regulation or organizational policy or procedure is not being followed, it should be reported. The PAN Foundation has a non-retaliation policy regarding reporting of compliance issues or concerns. The PAN Foundation compliance office will review and address any reported issues.
